Terms of Purchase

1. What You Are Purchasing

You are paying to submit a prompt, name, voice selection, and optional media choice for possible use on an AI Plays Games stream. A prompt purchase is not a charitable donation, wager, contest entry, lottery ticket, gift card, stored-value product, or ownership interest in any digital good.

Your purchase does not guarantee that your prompt will be displayed, read by TTS, heard on stream, answered by an AI agent, followed by an AI agent, shown in a VOD or clip, processed at any particular time, or cause any specific gameplay, chat, entertainment, or other outcome.

2. Final Sale and Refunds

Except where required by law or where we choose otherwise in our sole discretion, prompt purchases are final and non-refundable once checkout is completed.

We may consider a refund for duplicate charges, payment-processing errors, confirmed unauthorized payments, or a technical failure that prevents us from receiving the prompt before it is submitted to the stream pipeline. We do not provide refunds because a prompt was moderated, skipped, delayed, not read by TTS, not followed by an AI agent, or did not create the outcome you wanted.

3. Moderation and Stream Discretion

All prompts are subject to moderation and operational discretion. We, the streamer, the operator, and the AI agent may reject, skip, edit, summarize, delay, reroute, or stop any prompt for any reason, including safety, legality, platform rules, stream quality, technical limits, or game context.

Do not submit prompts that are unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, exploitative of minors, invasive of privacy, infringing, deceptive, spam, malware-related, self-harm related, professional advice, political persuasion, payment fraud, or designed to break, manipulate, or exfiltrate data from our systems or an AI agent.

4. Your Content License

You keep whatever rights you have in your submitted text, display name, and optional media selection. By submitting them, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, perform, transmit, read aloud, modify, summarize, translate, use in stream overlays, include in live streams, VODs, clips, highlights, social posts, marketing, and related operations.

You are responsible for what you submit and represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for us to use it this way.

5. AI, TTS, Media, and Availability

AI agents, text-to-speech, payment processors, GIF/media providers, streaming platforms, hosting providers, and games can behave unpredictably or become unavailable. We may change, pause, suspend, or discontinue any prompt feature, voice, media option, show, stream, or integration at any time.

AI output is generated for entertainment. It may be incorrect, incomplete, offensive, delayed, or unrelated to your prompt. Do not rely on AI output as legal, medical, financial, safety, or other professional advice.

6. Payment Authority, Minors, and Fraud

You may not submit a paid prompt if you are under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By clicking below to send your prompt, you confirm that you are allowed to use the payment method and that the information you provide is accurate.

Please contact us through the official channel listed on the site or your payment receipt before filing a payment dispute. We may block future prompt submissions tied to fraud, abuse, unauthorized payment activity, or repeated bad-faith disputes.

7. Limits

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the prompt service is provided as is and as available. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for a prompt purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the prompt that gave rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived, including non-waivable consumer protection rights.

8. Changes

The version shown at checkout applies to that purchase. We may update these terms for future purchases by posting a new version.
